KaosHydra is a place to think in public about building and operating systems that can survive contact with reality.
I will write about reliability and antifragility, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, information security, and technical leadership. Increasingly, those subjects are inseparable from AI: both the systems we build with it and the new failure modes it introduces.
The goal is not to collect perfect answers. It is to examine trade-offs, learn from incidents, and develop practices that make complex systems—and the teams responsible for them—more resilient over time.
